Out of a list of Rules Of Typography we had to choose one and make a poster that explained the rule.
I chose a quote by David Kindersley:
“By good spacing I mean, quite simply, that each letter should appear to be exactly in the centre between its two neighbours.
To me this is the only criterion, and I do not believe that it requires any further justification.”
I handed in two posters, both in black & white to emphasise the typography.
I didn’t want any images to take away the attention form the typo.
